The O'Neill FUZE Chest Zip uses a free floating zipper panel and anti flush barrier with drain holes to keep you dry and feeling comfortable.

TB3X + TB3

Arms/Back/Shoulders constructed from TB3X, the lightest, most flexible, softest material ever created. Chest/Legs constructed from TB3, O'Neills exclusive maximum stretch, hydrophobic neoprene with featherlight ENVY foam rubber core for ultimate warmth and comfort.

TB3X Recycled Seams w/GBS

Glued and blind-stitched for durable watertight seal, recycled TB3X taping, with all the unrivalled flexibility of TB3X, but with recycled materials. Enhanced seam integrity and comfort with no restriction & amazing stretch.

Materials and Sustainability

Recycled Plastic

Every Hyper Series steamer saves more than 0.5kg of harmful plastic from potentially polluting the world's living oceans.

Recycled Oyster Shells

We use recycled ocean oyster shells in place of calcium carbonate powder which comprises approximately 10% of our neoprene

Eco Carbon Black

Carbon Black is one of the key ingredients in neoprene. It can now be carbonized from scrap rubber tyres using high heat to extract.

Limestone Neoprene

We have used limestone since 1996 to replace petrochemicals in our neoprene. It comes from nature and has less environmental impact.

Solvent-free Lamination

We worked together with our key manufacturing partner to develope a non-solvent based lamination glue called "Aqua-Alpha" which bonds the suit's lining to the internal foam layer.

Dope Dyed Yarn

To save trememdous amounts of water whilst also reducing energy consumption and water polution, we use a dope dyeing process that infuses colour pigment into the fibre filaments before being spun into yarn.

Such a good wetsuit, as someone who is five foot and has been wearing kids wetsuits that don’t fit in the right places, this is game changing and the size 4 fits perfectly! Super stretchy when paddling but doesn’t loose its tight fit and unbelievably warm . Worth every dollar.
