TB3

TB3X
O’Neill’s exclusive new pre-stretched neoprene with featherlight, ENVY foam rubber core. The lightest, most flexible, softest material ever created. Superior flexibility and fit.
TB4
TB4 builds on the legendary TB3, the next evolution of the jersey introduces recycled yarns infused with graphene for increased wear strength and heat distribution.
TB4X
TB4X is more flexible than TB4, for ultimate freedom. It's also warmer than TB3X.
TB4 FIREWALL LINER
The all new TechnoButter 4 Firewall utilizes the recycled graphene fibers and a thicker pile to increase your warmth in the cold. As the body heat warms the graphene fibers they conduct the heat back into the body.
TB4 AIR FIREWALL LINER
Air is one of the greatest insulators of heat and reduces thermal transfer from your wetsuit. Trapped pockets of air in the TB4 Air Firewall through a special lamination process keep you toasty warm.
TOUCH DRY LINER IN 30 MINS
The O'Neill Firewall liner is made with a unique double knit, which allows water to drain faster from the suit. The material is touch dry with in 30 minutes so you can be putting on a dry wetsuit again for your next surf.
GRAPHENE FIBRES
Part of the O'Neill TB4 range of materials. The graphene fibres line the jersey and as the body heat warms the fibres, it reflects back to the body and creates a heat loop.
GBS & TAPED SEAMS
Glued and blindstitched for durable watertight seal, recycled TB3X taping, with all the unrivalled flexibilty of TB3X, but with recycled materials. Enhanced seam integrity and comfort with no restriction & amazing stretch.
FLUID SEAM WELD
External seams are sealed with fluid weld, a liquid rubber that greatly reduces water penetration through the seems. Beneath the fluid seam weld the neoprene is glued and blind stitched, and then internally we apply recycled taping to all the critical seems.
MORE SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS
All our Hyper Series wetsuits are built using more sustainable and recycled materials, and hence are a part of our O'Neill Blue range. Hyper Series wetsuits feature Recycled Plastic, Recycled Oyster Shells, Solvent Free Lamination, Dope Dyed Yarn, Limestone Neoprene and Eco Carbon Black to rediuce our carbon footprint.
