Thanks for your feedback, the current Reactor 2 wetsuit models does not come with the 2nd additional Velcro tab as per design.

In regards to indentation on the front chest rubber panel could have been caused in transit and in most cases pops out within a few days. This has no effect on the performance of the wetsuit.

Correct, we do not do 'exchanges' as such, the process is you can return the original product to us within 60 days for a refund, and in the meantime you can place a new order for the desired product. We used to do exchanges, however there were often situations when we would sell out of the new product the customer wanted, by the time our team received the old product back from the customer. This new process ensures you get the correct product, you get it quickly and is common practice with most online stores now days. This is a very common process with most online retailers now days.
