Solvent-free Lamination

We worked together with our key manufacturing partner to develope a non-solvent based lamination glue called "Aqua-Alpha" which bonds the suit's lining to the internal foam layer.

Dope Dyed Yarn

Dope Dyed Yarn

To save trememdous amounts of water whilst also reducing energy consumption and water polution, we use a dope dyeing process that infuses colour pigment into the fibre filaments before being spun into yarn.

Hyperfire purchase

I haven’t used yet as winter is yet to hit but as my age increases, I am looking to extract warmth without thickness, I have also in recent years purchased the 3/2 hyperfreak & it’s good , the hyperfire for oneself is an added addition to my survival during winter living in Newcastle NSW. Other than that I can’t give anymore details till I’m in the winter throws. Today is 30 degrees plus & it’s definitely not suited to these conditions yet! Kindest regards Bob!

Warm and flexible

Old fellas like me are used to the ease of the back zip. Entry into the water feels dry and you stay warm in 12 degree water. The flexibility of this 4/3 wetty paddles and moves like a 3/2.

Water leakage

Wetsuit is stretchy and comfortable, can't tell you if it is warm as mine has water leakage in quite a few areas. Yes oneil I know there is a 12 months warranty, I applied, as the first wetsuit had leakage problem, I got sent an worse product with more leakage than the first one that I bought, and to top it up, the wrong ziper system as the original one was a back zipper (for my own reasons) oneil sent me a front zipper, that shows the lack of communication in the company. Bottom line won't be buying another wet from this company.

HyperFire Wetsuit

The wetsuit is ok, It was my first ever surf in it I could instantly feel the water leaking in through the arms, legs, and chest, not a feeling you like when going for a surf in cold water. Very flexible but not worth the price. Within two weeks the the tape on the steams had fully come off.
