To Our Friends and Family,

We are all thinking about the impact of COVID-19 and the effect it is having on all of our lives. As a brand, we’re doing our best to navigate these challenging times and want to keep you informed on the steps we’re taking. Our main priority is keeping our staff and our community safe. That includes you.

We’ve made the decision to temporarily close our corporate office and work remotely to ensure the safety of our employees. The situation is changing every day, and as a result our plans may change too. We will keep you updated as we monitor the global situation and will follow recommendations from the WHO, CDC and NHS.

We know these are sensitive times, and we want to be tuned in to your needs. So... what do you want to see from us? New collection launches, surf and travel content from our team, dream locations? We will continue to fulfil all AU.ONEILL.COM and NZ.ONEILL.COMorders, and have taken the necessary precautions in our distribution centre, including aggressive cleaning schedules and staff segmentation, to keep our teams healthy and safe.
