Billy is a Dharug man with Indigenous roots in Western Sydney on the Dyarubbin (Hawkesbury) River. A powerful goofyfooter who loves to lay down big rail turns, he is also one of Australia’s brightest emerging art talents. Currently showcasing his works in ceramics and paintings at galleries around the country, Billy was a finalist in the Archibald Prize this year. He strives to find the balance between creating art and getting his surf fix and peace of mind in the ocean.
